Purolator
Quest AV has collaborated with Purolator across multiple events, including the 2025 Procurement Partnership Summit and Purolator Summit 2026.
For the 2025 event at The International Centre’s Orion Ballroom, the room had to serve two purposes at once: a meeting space and an active trade show. Quest AV provided video, lighting, audio, LED, and roaming IMAG, with the production designed to keep both parts of the event connected.
The meeting and tradeshow were happening in the same space, and both needed to stay active. Exhibitors needed to remain at their booths while presentations were taking place, but Purolator still wanted everyone in the room to stay connected to what was happening on stage.
That meant the production had to reach beyond a traditional front-facing meeting setup. Content, camera coverage, and audio needed to work across the ballroom without pulling people away from the trade show floor.
Rather than closing the exhibit during presentations, Quest AV recommended keeping it open and using a central IMAG scoreboard to connect the two sides of the event.
Stage content could be followed from around the tradeshow floor, while a roaming wireless camera brought interviews and activity from the booths onto the scoreboard. Audio was zoned throughout the room so the program could reach the areas that needed it without treating the entire ballroom as one listening space.
The result was a meeting and tradeshow that could happen at the same time, without asking attendees or exhibitors to choose between the two.
The scoreboard became a central part of how people experienced the event, carrying stage content and live camera feeds to attendees throughout the room.
Quest AV also projection mapped a Purolator van inside the space, turning the vehicle into another branded element of the event rather than simply placing it on the trade show floor.
The partnership continued in 2026, when Quest AV returned to support Purolator Summit 2026. The production took a different visual direction, with a stage design built around three large projection surfaces and lighting elements throughout the room.
