Overview:

A three-day, annual event, spanning across three venues in Niagara Falls. Quest AV was responsible for all aspects of AV for the plenary, breakouts, meeting rooms and awards gala.

Challenge:

With this event spread over three venues all with different start and end times, logistics was the biggest challenge

Solution:

Three dedicated leads managed their respective venues, each reporting to Quest AV’s on-site lead overseeing the entire event. Our team ensured all equipment arrived on schedule, and included additional gear on-site to account for the event’s Niagara location.

Details about the project:

The client wanted a fresh look for this year’s plenary session. We presented three design solutions that balanced creativity with budget.

With the plenary hosted in the NFCC theatre, our 52’x12′ rear-projection screen was the ideal fit, spanning nearly the full width of the stage. Leveraging our Barco E2 system provided the flexibility to layer dynamic backgrounds while incorporating picture-in-picture content and live camera feeds seamlessly.
