Canadian National Training Conference
Quest AV produced Arbonne’s Canadian National Training Conference at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton. The event brought sales representatives together from across the country for a national gathering centered on connection, learning, and energy. Quest AV handled the full technical scope, including a custom branded stage set designed specifically for the conference.
A national training conference for a sales organization asks something specific of production: the stage has to feel worthy of the people being celebrated and the goals being set. A generic setup does not serve that. The challenge was designing and building an environment that felt branded, purposeful, and polished within the constraints of the venue and the event timeline.
Quest AV designed and built a custom branded set that gave the stage a distinct look and feel for the conference. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions, the team built an environment specific to Arbonne’s brand, then layered in lighting, projection mapping, and audio to support the content and keep the experience consistent from the first cue to the last.
The custom set was the foundation of the production. Designed with Arbonne’s brand in mind, it gave the stage a visual identity that carried through the full conference. Accent lighting from the front, back, and center shaped the stage with depth and dimension, making the space feel intentional rather than assembled. Projection mapping reinforced presenter content and added visual scale to the stage environment. d&b audio delivered clean, clear sound throughout the room. Media servers and precise lighting cues kept the technical execution tight, ensuring transitions between sessions and presenters ran smoothly without drawing attention to the production itself.
