Quest Audio Visual is committed to providing an environment that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We are committed to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its accessibility standards, and to identifying, removing and preventing barriers for our clients, guests, employees and members of the public.

Our Commitments

  • Assistive devices: People with disabilities are welcome to use their own assistive devices when accessing our services.
  • Service animals and support persons: Service animals and support persons are welcome in all areas of our premises that are open to the public.
  • Notice of temporary disruptions: If a facility or service that people with disabilities rely on is temporarily unavailable, we will post a notice explaining the reason, how long it is expected to last, and any alternatives available.
  • Training: Our employees, and anyone who provides services on our behalf, receive training on accessible customer service and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities.
  • Accessible formats: Information and communications, including this page and our accessibility policies, are available in accessible formats or with communication supports on request, at no additional cost.
